請問您文中材料圖, 除了買扁鋁條外, 還有一個方鋁管及角鋁是要來做甚麼的?
方管是作角度規導軌用的, 角鋁是作圓鋸桌的骨架. 兩個都是我的下一代鋸台改造用的. 過完年看寫一篇吧.
不是力山的也適用嗎?
您是指角度規嗎? 還是指圓鋸台? 我想改法都大同小異吧. 若不是力山的角度規, 可能就沒有角度卡榫.

yes u’re absolutely right, it can be converted to a contractor table saw, at least very close to it. Even better, at a budget of under USD50 I think.Wait and see my next few posts.
您好! 請問鑽鋁要買特殊的電鑽或鑽頭嗎?
不用特殊. 只有加工的技巧(如:鋁要用中心沖打孔…), 還有電鑽材質(一般指明金屬加工用的鑽尾即可). 本例中我是用自製鑽床來鑽孔的, 完全沒問題.

請問側面兩個孔的用途是?
文中有提及, 是放入止付螺絲(set screw)來微調寬度用的. 有時導桿用久了, 略磨損, 在導軌中滑動回開始略晃, 這時略上緊止付螺絲, 把間隙抵銷. 這種手法很常見, 各廠牌角度規公司有自家的方式. 反正您知道如何自製一條導桿也不用擔心.

若是給鋁打中心孔, 撿一支不要的長水泥釘. 有砂輪機的話, 把尖頭磨圓鈍一點, 就很夠用了. 只要比鋁硬的金屬, 都可以對鋁施工.

時有時沒有正常的, 國外聽說有比較好的, 上千元台幣, 所以目前多擊發幾次也還好啦.
