前陣子參觀印度琥珀堡，寢宮很多印度風寢門，想自己做一個過過癮。用20年的老力山圓鋸台作的。門框灌漿是正常大小90x210cm，但是從臥室內想看到大一點舒適的門，故門尺寸加大到105x240cm，門柱採鋼材烤黑漆，加到3公尺高，比較大器漂亮。自己DIY，創新嘗試作無門框式的門。
主結構：落葉松低甲醛合板作內芯，板前板後作WRC檜木及SPF松木的稜片飾面。門因高大，為相當重，又在臥室，所以訂購靜音heavy duty 的合頁絞鍊。完工後，合板被包飾起來，是看不到的。
木老的慣例，一定要CAD先作圖。在圖上測試各種設計與花樣。
老力山桌鋸，調好鋸片角度，作稜角松木片，由4x9cm木條剖開成2cm薄片，再作四稜角。木條是DIY 書房超大SPF松木美式書櫃牆作品(圖太多還沒時間整理發表)，留下的下腳料。
鋸片轉個角度，切稜角。
原來圖是設計古式門閂，後來改成青銅門閂，故這個設計取消。圖還是附上。
除稜板用SPF松木，其他都用WRC紅檜。
門收編條上面，先用修邊機開四個合頁槽。
門柱是訂製的3米長U型鋼槽，裡面包的是合板鋸成的木條。所謂無門框設計，還是要門柱的。
門柱固定好，先把門芯上上去。裝飾後作。門心可使門較不變形，但大幅增加門厚重。
接下去，照圖貼稜片。貼片容易貼錯花式，這裡強調一定要先作圖，照圖樣貼，否則會出問題。
門背面簡單分三大塊，用1.2cm WRC檜木板組成，不想太複雜，以免睡覺時看到複雜的圖案，神經放不鬆，睡不著。
上回去尼泊爾，預先買了十個特色不同的手工門把，在這裡派上用場。

最後門止別忘了。鎖在約3公尺高，視線內不會察覺到。
大致如此。暫未上漆，有空再說吧，反正檜木超香暫也ok。其他小細節部分，有興趣的朋友請提問。
